How it works.
1. Please read the summarised Terms and Conditions
at the foot of the page.
2. Specify the number of places required for each workshop, then click 'order
now' below.
3.
All your selections will be added to the basket simultaneously.
4. You may order goods and courses at the same time. If you only order courses,
post and packing will not apply.
5. When you have selected all you need, complete your order in the normal way.
6. You will automatically receive an email confirming your order
7. You will receive a second email on the next working day to confirm your place(s) on the course(s). Places are limited, and, whilst we aim to keep the
webpage updated, there may be occasions when a course becomes full, but still
shows as available on the web. If this occurs, you will be offered an
alternative course and/or date or a full refund.

be available from craftynotions. You will also get
an personal discount code giving 15% of goods ordered from us. This code will
expire at then end of the month of the final part of the course is issued. Discount Codes
are not transferable.

an online course? |
Yes, you can, it does not matter where you are, or in
what time zone. |

I have limited mobility, can
I attend workshops in Newark?

Our workshop space is on the first floor, so you need to be able to
climb a flight of stairs. If this is a problem, please contact us to
discuss it and we may be able to offer alternative solutions. |

When do I pay for my course?

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. |

Does booking online guarantee me a place on the course? |
No. You are not guaranteed a place until you receive a personal confirmation
email (not the order confirmation). Acceptance of your booking is also subject
to our terms and conditions. This includes a right for us to decline an
application at our absolute discretion. |
| What if I need to cancel? |
If you subsequently wish to cancel, a 75% refund will
issued, providing you cancel at least 7 days before the date of the
course. |
| How many will be on the course? |
Numbers are usually limited to 10. |
| Do I get a chance to browse and shop in the
craftynotions warehouse? |
Yes, and we give you 10% off purchases on the day. |
| Do you have refreshments? |
Tea and coffee are provided. For day workshops, you
will need to bring lunch. Alternatively, there is a coffee shop fairly
close by serving soups, sandwiches etc. |
| Is there somewhere handy to park? |
We have ample parking right outside. |
| I'm coming by train, are you far from the
station? |
About a ten minute walk from Newark Northgate station,
but there are usually taxis outside. Newark Castle is a little further
and there isn't a taxi rank. Many East-West trains stop at both
stations. If in doubt, give us a call. |
| Terms and Conditions (summary) |
Enrolment on any course is subject to
acceptance by Craftynotions Ltd in the form of a Letter of Acceptance.
Craftynotions Ltd reserves the right to decline to accept any enrolment
at its absolute discretion. If an enrolment is declined, the enrolment
fee will be refunded in full. Craftynotions Ltd will accept no other
liability with regards to enrolment.
In the event of a course having to be cancelled or
rearranged, accepted enrolments will be offered a full refund and/or
alternative dates.
Online enrolments must be made by the attendee. If
you wish to book for a friend or a group, please telephone us.
